Continuous Data Collection: Next, you'll begin collecting detailed physiological data with our FDA-approved SleepLens system, which measures performance and clinical metrics for a comprehensive nightly view of your sleep. Unlike traditional sleep labs' one-night snapshots, our device provides continuous tracking.

Meet Your Care Team: After data collection begins, you'll have a video call with your dedicated care team, including a sleep clinician, sleep coach, and clinical psychologist. They will analyze your data and create a customized plan tailored to your specific needs and lifestyle.

Implementation & Coaching: Finally, you’ll start implementing your personalized sleep plan. Throughout the program, your dedicated sleep coach will be your on-call advocate, ensuring you have the support and guidance needed to achieve lasting improvements in your sleep quality.
